Experienced Service Advisor

We are looking for an experienced service advisor to join our growing team. This role is a key contributor within our customer service team. The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of vehicles and services.

Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to all clients
• Schedule and coordinate service appointments with customers
• Process service requests and billing documents
• Assist customers in understanding the range of services available
• Investigate and solve customer complaints
• Document customer details and updates when necessary
• Handle all payment transactions

Requirements:

• Previous service writer experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven automotive industry knowledge – familiarity with all products and services
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and in a team
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
